Set up an MSA event

When your MSAs attend events, you may have an assigned showcase area. Plan your area setup so that your Minecraft Student Ambassador table is warm, welcoming, and visually appealing with lots of Minecraft paraphernalia. This entices students and parents to quickly visit and find out additional information. Your MSA area should be large enough to include signage, as well as a table long enough for your MSA recruitment flyers or other handouts, as well as a build area for MSAs to demonstrate Minecraft Education.

A low-cost way to brand your MSA table is to have green tablecloths and include colorful, informational MSA flyers and posters. Various retailers have lots of affordable Minecraft decorations you can use to decorate your table. It's especially important to have informational flyers with contact information.

MSA dress code considerations

Another consideration is your MSA dress code. Will you all wear green shirts and khakis? Or will you order shirts with your MSA logo? The possibilities are endless! Having a special MSA dress code is another way to build a sense of community among your MSAs.
