Subject
Roll out, secure, and monitor Microsoft Copilot and the agents that run alongside it. Follow Relecloud as it scales Copilot and agents across engineering, customer success, and its Woodgrove Bank fraud-investigation work. Seven modules take you from Copilot readiness and rollout, through Copilot settings and extensibility, into agent identity and agent curation, then into monitoring and governing agents in production, and finally to the cost and adoption evidence that keeps AI services healthy.
Prerequisites
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 workloads and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and its capabilities.
- Access to a Microsoft 365 E5 tenant; Microsoft 365 E7 (Frontier Suite) is preferred, since it bundles Microsoft Agent 365 and Microsoft Entra Suite licensing used in agent-identity labs.

Modules in this learning path
Assess tenant and data readiness for Microsoft Copilot—including the Copilot Readiness Report and update channels—identify and address oversharing and compliance risks, and plan a phased rollout across your organization.
Configure the Microsoft Copilot tenant-settings catalog, manage web search and Cowork administration, set up Copilot Search, and extend Copilot with Copilot Connectors and third-party AI providers.
Establish governed identities for AI agents using Microsoft Entra Agent ID—assign sponsors and Microsoft Entra owners, automate sponsor-transfer lifecycle transitions, and apply Conditional Access to secure agent access.
Govern what agents can invoke using Agent 365 tools, including MCP servers, and curate the ongoing agent estate using Registry actions beyond initial onboarding.
Microsoft Agent 365 provides real-time visibility into agents in your organization to detect sprawl, understand usage and behavior, and act on performance and risk signals. Observing these agents ensures agents are working as intended, delivering value, and not exposing the organization to risks. In this module, you learn how to monitor all the agents in your organization and manage them.
Agent governance is critical as it ensures agents are deployed and used in a controlled and secure manner. Microsoft Agent 365 helps establish governance controls in the agent lifecycle with onboarding and validation, establishes access governance controls for security and compliance, and ensures data compliance. In this module, you learn how to set up policies, permissions and rules to govern agents using Agent 365.
Learn why Microsoft 365 offers several Microsoft Copilot and agent report sources, choose the right one for a given question, reconcile Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Foundry costs without double-counting, and use Microsoft 365 Service Health and Copilot controls to diagnose AI-service issues honestly.
