Agent governance is critical as it ensures agents are deployed and used in a controlled and secure manner. Microsoft Agent 365 helps establish governance controls in the agent lifecycle with onboarding and validation, establishes access governance controls for security and compliance, and ensures data compliance. In this module, you learn how to set up policies, permissions and rules to govern agents using Agent 365.
Learning objectives
By the end of this module, you'll be able to:
- Understand governance policies
- Set up policies, tenant settings, and permissions for the agents
- Perform agent lifecycle management tasks such as activate agents in a governed manner, assign owners, block agents, and use rules to govern agent usage
Prerequisites
- Agents are created in your tenant
- Obtained Microsoft Agent 365 license
- Obtained AI Administrator access to Microsoft 365 admin center
- Completed the Monitor and manage agents with Microsoft Agent 365 module
