protected:
override void OnMouseUp(System::Windows::Forms::MouseEventArgs ^ mevent);
protected override void OnMouseUp (System.Windows.Forms.MouseEventArgs mevent);
override this.OnMouseUp : System.Windows.Forms.MouseEventArgs -> unit
Protected Overrides Sub OnMouseUp (mevent As MouseEventArgs)
Parameters
- mevent
- MouseEventArgs
A MouseEventArgs that contains the event data.
Remarks
If a double-click occurs, the OnMouseUp method will raise the DoubleClick event.
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.
The OnMouseUp method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
Notes to Inheritors
When overriding OnMouseUp(MouseEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnMouseUp(MouseEventArgs) method so that registered delegates receive the event.
