Business value
Customers will now get the best of all mapping visuals in a single visual, including the use of shapes, points, shading, and more data points than the current default map visual.
Feature details
The Azure Maps visual will now be generally available, bringing together all the other existing mapping visuals into one to make customers' lives easier when plotting geographic data points. The Azure Maps visual will work in almost all regions and will respect data residency requirements (unless otherwise mentioned).
