Channel:

• CURRENT (default): Databricks Runtime 12.2.17
• PREVIEW: Databricks Runtime 14.1.3

New features and improvements in this release

• Unity Catalog-enabled pipelines that use the preview channel can now publish to schemas that specify a managed storage location. See Write tables to Unity Catalog from a pipeline.

• With this release, to toggle a continuous pipeline between development and production modes, you must first stop the pipeline. Previously, toggling modes caused the pipeline to stop without notification.

• This release improves error messaging when a pipeline deployment fails.

• This release improves error messaging when permission issues prevent access to storage.
