Cannot find Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.RecordsRepository Namespace

If you are trying to use the Records class from the SharePoint.Client Namespace and you can't seem to find it,

Make sure you upgrade your NuGet package to https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.SharePointOnline.CSOM/16.1.4915.1200

That will fix it!
