Blaik Halling, Project Manager and Senior Research Associate at FMC Corporation, has a Ph.D. in Plant Physiology from the University of Minnesota and a Post-Doctoral appointment with the USDA at Utah State University. He joined FMC Agricultural Products Group as plant biochemist in 1983. In 1991 he was appointed the industrial liaison for FMC to the National Center for Super Computing Applications (NCSA) at the Beckman Institute at the University of Illinois through the Industrial Affiliates program. Blaik returned to FMC's Princeton R&D site in 1992 to start the insect molecular biology program. In 2002 joined the Computational Sciences group as the team leader for bioinformatics. His current assignment is as R&D portfolio manager for FMC BioPolymer.

Benoit Millet, Senior VP at UMT, has over 10 years of experience in Portfolio and Project Management in the areas of New Product Development and IT Governance & Management.
