Take a look at a tool Dugie has found to convert VMDK file to VHD format - top find!  And there is lots of additional great virtualization stuff on the main vmtoolkit site.

    VmWare supports Teams so that we can incorporate different environments. Virtual Server does not support it. I really like virtual server and the interface but i'm forced to use VmWare and so are my co-workers due to this missing feature. Plus! virtual server does not support 64 bit guest OS. I didnt know where to go and put this but I hope someone Microsoft Dev would read this, and hopefully these features would be added. Thanks and have a good day everyone.
