    Hi Paul, isn't KB2496089 already included in SP1? as far as I can confirm, this patch is included in the SP1 please see my reference reference -> Hotfixes and Security Updates included in Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1.xls -> www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx Thanks Ramazan
