Microsoft Release Entourage EWS (13.0.6), Office 2008 for Mac (12.2.6) update & Office 2004 for Mac (11.6.0) update.

Microsoft has released the Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac 12.2.6 Update. According to the update's description this update addresses stability in Excel, fixing issues that may cause it to crash, as well as updated time zone & DST information for Entourage.

We have also released an update for Microsoft Entourage 2008 for Mac, Web Services Edition. The update requires that the Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac Service Pack 2 (12.2.0) or later be installed first. Download them both from Mactoptia or simply select the Check for Updates command from the Help menu in any Office 2008 application.

This release is a cumulative patch. A fresh installation of Office 2008 would require installation of:
•    Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac 12.0.0
•    Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac Service Pack 1 (12.1.0)
•    Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac 12.2.6 Update

Entourage users who are updating for the first time to the Web Services Edition of Entourage should install the Office for Mac 12.2.6 update first and then apply the Microsoft Entourage 2008 for Mac, Web Services Edition upgrade. Those users who are already running the Web Services Edition need only apply the 12.2.6 update.
