Ready for elimination report (ProjListEstimateReadyForElimination)

Use this report to view transactions for estimate projects that you might want to eliminate.

How to filter the data on this report

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Field

Description

Period code

Select the period code of the estimate projects that you want to include on the report. The period code that you select determines the start dates that you select in the Estimate date field.

Estimate date

Click the calendar icon next to the Estimate date field. The applicable estimate dates are displayed for the selected Period code.

Note

If you do not select an estimate date that is applicable to the selected Period code, the report will be empty.

Include eliminated projects

Select whether to include eliminated estimate projects on the report.

The data on this report comes from the following sources:

  • ProjListEstimateDP.processReport

  • ProjListEstimateTmp table

  • ProjWIPTable

To determine where the data in the temp tables comes from, view the cross-references for the ProjListEstimateDP.processReport class.

If you are a developer, you can learn more about where the data on a report comes from by using the following procedure.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
