Maintaining your relationship with your customer depends on your ability to deliver goods and services in a timely manner, while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. The Supply performance report lets you view your performance against specific key performance indicators that your customer uses to evaluate vendor performance. The supply performance report provides details about the number of purchase orders delivered on time, the average delay, the number of backorders, and the average lead time.
View Supply performance report
Click Home, and then on the Quick Launch, click Vendor reports.
Click Supply performance.
