MPI_File_get_info function

Returns the hints for a file that are actually being used by MPI.

Syntax

int MPIAPI MPI_File_get_info(
        MPI_File file,
  _Out_ MPI_Info *info
);

Parameters

• file
  File handle.

• info [out]
  Info object.

Return value

Returns MPI_SUCCESS on success. Otherwise, the return value is an error code.

In Fortran, the return value is stored in the IERROR parameter.

    MPI_FILE_GET_INFO(FH, INFO_USED, IERROR)
        INTEGER FH, INFO_USED, IERROR
