View a case summary in Teams with Copilot for Service

Copilot for Service generates case summaries to help you quickly understand the context of a case and resolve customer issues more efficiently. The summary includes key information about the case, such as the customer, product, problem statement, and any notes that are linked to the case.

View a case summary in Teams

If you sign in to Copilot for Service and are in a Teams meeting related to a case, the Copilot for Service pane shows a summary of the case.

  • See the case based on which the summary is generated.
  • Switch to a different case to generate a better summary.
  • Copy the summary to use it elsewhere.
  • Share feedback about the summary to help improve it.
