Can't show non-modal form when modal form is displayed

This error has the following causes and solutions:

• You've attempted to show a non-modal form before dismissing a modal form. Dismiss the modal form first.

For additional information, select the item in question and press F1 (in Windows) or HELP (on the Macintosh).
