IShellFolderSearchableCallback::RunBegin method

Indicates that a search was started.

Syntax

HRESULT RunBegin(
  [in] DWORD dwReserved
);

Parameters

dwReserved [in]

Type: DWORD

Reserved. Must be set to 0.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Remarks

In response to this callback, the application may enable the Cancel button, for example.
