I'm Christine, a Windows user like you. I can see here that you can't delete a folder from your desktop. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.

Have you tried to delete it from Safemode already?

If not yet, please boot into Safe mode and try to delete it from there. To do that, you may follow the steps below:

From sign in page, please hold down the shift key on your keyboard and click the restart option on your screen. (Do not release the SHIFT key)

You will see the Choose an option screen: Click Troubleshooting,

click Advanced Options and clic Startup Settings

Click Restart and press 4 to enable the Safemode

Please log in and please try to delete the folder again.

Please restart and see if it will still show.
