WSUS对服务器进行清理操作时，总是报错，期待解决方法！

OS：windows server 2019

WSUS：版本为10.0.17763.1；

报错为：

错误内容为：

WSUS 管理控制台无法连接到 WSUS 服务器数据库。

请确保 SQL Server 正在 WSUS 服务器上运行。如果该问题仍然存在，请尝试重新启动 SQL。

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException -- 执行超时已过期。完成操作之前已超时或服务器未响应。
