Hello
The AMD User Experience Program Data Uploader is a legitimate process associated with AMD graphics drivers. It’s designed to collect anonymous data about your system’s performance and usage to help AMD improve their products and services.
However, if the system is configured to not allow interactive services, this service may not function properly. This issue can occur if some of the system files and drivers are not working as expected.
Reinstall AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition: Uninstall the software, then reinstall it. You could also try updating your graphics driver to the latest version.
Enable Interactive Services: You can enable interactive services by navigating to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows in the Registry Editor and changing the value of NoInteractiveServices from 1 to 0.
Disable AMD User Experience Program: You can disable the AMD User Experience Program through Radeon Settings. This program collects data to help improve AMD products, but it’s not necessary for the operation of your system.
Fix the 7030 Error: The 7030 error indicates that a service is marked as an interactive service, but the system configuration does not allow interactive services. You can try to fix this by going into Services > AMD User Experience Program Data Uploader service properties > Log On tab > Uncheck “Allow service to interact with desktop” and reboot.
