I’m reaching out regarding an issue where my Azure OpenAI resource was temporarily blocked, with the following error message:

API Error: Status Code 403, {"error":{"code":"Forbidden","message":"Your resource has been temporarily blocked because we detected behavior that may violate our content policy."}}

I believe that my usage fully complies with the Azure OpenAI service content policy. My work involves movie and screenplay, and there hasn’t been any content or activity that should raise compliance concerns.

Could you please inform me of the steps to lift this restriction or let me know the process for filing an appeal?
