I need windows server 2019 FOD iso

Question

Hi MS Community guys , Supporters,

Today because of we met an issue in display language and one of language support issue, I have to manually install the zh-cn FOD Basis function on the server.

But the server is an offline one and currently cannot connect to network because of security reason.So I need an FOD ISO pack so that I can use the DISM command manually install it.

Unfortunately , the resource in MS was unavailable so I have to request your help on this...
