    您好，

    如果 cmd 可以正常使用的话，请您在管理员 cmd 中执行上述的四条修复命令，修复完毕后重启设备，看一下问题能否得到缓解。

    您好，切换管理员账号也一样。Windows PowerShell (管理员)不能使用，但是cmd可以正常使用

    您好，

    如果 Windows PowerShell 也无法正常启动的话，麻烦您启动开始菜单，输入 “cmd”，右键以管理员身份运行，看一下 cmd 能否正常启动。

    如果可以的话，请您在 cmd 中执行上条回复中的命令。如果仍然闪退的话，请您按 “Windows 徽标键+X”，启动 “Windows PowerShell（管理员）”，执行以下两条命令新建一个本地管理员账户：

    net user User ****** /add （User 是新建的账户名，****** 是账户的密码，您可以自行调整此命令）

    net localgroup administrators User /add （赋予该账号管理员权限，请将 User 改为上一条命令中新建的账户名）

    启动开始菜单，点击当前的账户头像，登录新建的账户，看一下新账户下问题是否仍然存在。如果仍然存在的话，在新账户下启动 PowerShell 与 cmd，看一下能否正常运行并执行命令。

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

    sfc /SCANNOW

    执行完毕后重启设备，看一下是否还会弹出这一错误提示框。
