System程序 间歇性（每隔12-20秒左右）占用大量CPU使用率以至于笔记本反复性温度急剧上升（通常达到8%甚至达到10%），不过，得益于CPU的强大（R9-7940HX-16Cores-@5.25G）比起使用率，实际上我更关心温度，因为性能的代价即温度。此游戏本（华硕天选5Pro）在平衡模式电源下待机温度就已经有65度，因为此原因待机甚至来到85度附近，问题已经至少出现了3周,包括游戏的时候也会有这个问题，它间歇性大幅提高了游戏时的CPU温度，在第三方的性能监测软件下，游戏后的性能统计报告中，温度呈现类似锯齿波的形状，翻看以往的报告，以往的游戏中，CPU温度波动不会这样，且同一款游戏平均温度更低。我还想知道的是System反复性地占用CPU这个现象是从以前的Windows系统上开始都一直以来存在的吗？有一部分人说电脑待机本身就不是一条直线，但我这个情况过于严重了且印象中之前还不会。因为System子进程的隐藏我无法得知此系统程序进行着什么样的工作，后来 我还查阅了一些别人亲身的调查结果。他们认为这种情况如果不是驱动程序不正当行为 那就还可能更是电脑里的一些各种设备性能监控软件/小型程序调用了系统的某个数据库后的bug，在这种情况下，我能想到且最近一个月用到过的监控软件有很多  包括奥创智控中心、G-Helper、CPU-Z、AIDA64、Core Temperature、 游戏加加（GamePP）、AMD APP、NVIDIA APP等

主要的想法和尝试过的方法：

1. 笔记本是新电脑，仅用了三个月，本人多年的电脑使用经验下，我也不会有任何流氓软件存在于笔记本。我已经尝试关闭所有启动项和除了微软以外的服务，可以略微减轻但依然无法根治，而且这么做导致某些应用无法正常使用，如Steam和Nvidia APP。
2. 此问题在数年之前也有人存在过，解决办法有很多很多，大部分我都尝试了似乎还是不行。
3. 目前已经反馈给OEM厂商华硕的客服了，他们认为是win11 24H2的问题，认为我可以尝试重新安装系统。另外，在设置里的更新选项中的回复选项，已经变暗，无法点击恢复上一版本，但我无法删除所有数据重装23H2系统，这对于我很麻烦且不能接受23H2的AMD负优化性能。
4. 如果需要设备更详细配置信息，或是某些日志，Windows设置等，请告诉我以便展示。

如果我的描述还是不够详细，附上其他微软社区相关问题的链接，我的问题相似于链接内的情况。在微软社区的解答里我都尝试过了但没有太大帮助，除了在安全模式下启动电脑时，在这种模式下我观察了任务管理器，CPU总使用率在任何情况下都不会被system占用超过0.5%

Regarding like "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth" this kind codes I had try before, Windows OS is unbroken all along.

Code types "net user USERNAAME PASSWORD /add" and "net localgroup administrators USERNAME /add" I had use it but failed, it alerted me "system error 5（or system error occurred）" and "access denied". My OS is Win 11 24H2 home edition provide by ASUS OEM. (I have heard about this admin permission account, and using it could said to further enhance AMD processors performance. I was just thinking of opening it. but the tutorial on the web tells me that Home Edition is unavailable, so need to upgrade to the Pro version Windows?)

I didn't try to download it from the 下载 Windows 11 (microsoft.com) official website, but I did download a fixed version in the Windows Settings. But it didn't work very well, but it mitigated the CPU time usage rate effect.

According to your feedback, you are experiencing a system occupancy anomaly issue

You can try the following to see if you can fix it

1. Search for CMD, locate the command prompt, and select Run as administrator.
2. Enter the following commands one by one, making sure to execute the next command only after the previous one completes:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

SFC /Scannow

3. Once the scan is complete, you can check the scan information to see if any issues were detected and fixed.

It is also recommended that you try creating a new account to see if you experience the same problem.

If the problem persists, then there may be a problem with the system.

To create a new account

1. Search for CMD, then run it in administrator mode and enter the following command

net user USERNAME PASSWORD /add

2. After the command runs successfully, enter the following command

net localgroup administrators USERNAME /add

Note: USERNAME PASSWORD can be replaced with the account name and password you want, if you don't need a password, you can leave out the PASSWORD.

If the problem persists, you can also try to repair the system.

Then restart your computer and go to the installation boot screen.
