But your answer hasn't helped me. This isn't a DLL corruption issue. Additionally, I don't have the program 'profitchart.exe,' so your answer is off-topic.
When opening multiple instances of File Explorer (explorer.exe), such as 10 or more windows, the CPU experiences periodic spikes in usage.
Consequently, system responsiveness slows down, and mouse and keyboard inputs become sluggish.
Despite closing all non-Windows services and startup items, the issue persists. However, the problem does not occur in Safe Mode.
Upon inspection using Process Explorer, numerous instances of 'ntdll.dll!RtClearThreadWorkOnBehalfTicket+0x70' are observed during high CPU usage.
