Display issues are typically related to the graphics card. However, have you checked your display’s refresh rate? I’ve encountered similar problems before where adjusting the refresh rate resolved the issue. Try going to Settings > System > Display > Advanced display, then look for the Choose a refresh rate option and see if you can set it to a higher value.
