Hi,

According to the minidump, the failure was with HWINFO64. The kernel might be using the master data; if you have 12-hour support enabled, this BSODs can occur.

Try disabling the software to see if it doesn't happen again.

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

Hi,

May I know what the 12-hour support thing is?

Maybe I will try to terminate HWINFO64 first to see if BSOD still occurs, my system language is on traditional chinese and if you don't mind I could still provide the msinfo32 export.

Hi,

Yes, you can do that. I recommend disabling HWINFO initially to test if it is the sole cause of the BSOD.

If possible, please provide a screenshot of msinfo32.exe so we can check your PC's configuration.

Did you run the test with HWiNFO disabled to see if a BSOD occurs or not?

I did turn off HWINFO and yet no BSODs with normal use.

Hi,

If you didn't experience any BSODs after disabling HWInfo, try this: if you need HWInfo, install the latest 64-bit version and test it; if the BSOD doesn't occur, then everything is fine.
