配置 Http.Sys 身份验证强化级别。 非Legacy 值指示 Http.Sys 根据经过身份验证的请求验证 RFC 5929 TLS 通道绑定令牌（CBT），并通过该 TryGetChannelBindingBytes(ChannelBindingKind, ReadOnlyMemory<Byte>)请求向应用程序公开每请求 CBT。 默认值为 Medium。
