该方法适用于集成服务中的数据 DT_UI2 类型。

如果缓冲列DataType不是，则PipelineBuffer产生一个UnsupportedBufferDataTypeExceptionDT_UI2。

如果列的值为空，则 PipelineBuffer 产生一个 ColumnIsNullException。 你可以通过调用方法 IsNull 来检查 null。
