该方法适用于集成服务中的数据 DT_UI8 类型。

如果缓冲列DataType不是，则PipelineBuffer产生一个UnsupportedBufferDataTypeExceptionDT_UI8。

如果列的值为空，则 PipelineBuffer 产生一个 ColumnIsNullException。 你可以先调用 IsNull 该方法来检查空。
