该方法用于为指向异步错误输出的行提供错误信息。在同步输出中指向错误行时，采用该 DirectErrorRow 方法，错误代码和错误列信息作为参数包含在方法中。

由组件定义的错误码必须大于零。

如果 IDTSOutput100 参数指定的 lOutputID 对象不是错误输出， DTS_E_DIRECTTONONERROROUTPUT 则会出现异常。
