WindowsSecurityTokenAuthenticator()	初始化 WindowsSecurityTokenAuthenticator 类的新实例。
WindowsSecurityTokenAuthenticator(Boolean)	通过指定是否在对 Windows 用户进行身份验证时将该用户所属的组添加到 WindowsSecurityTokenAuthenticator 属性，初始化 ClaimSets 类的新实例。

在对用户进行身份验证时，起初将标识用户所属的 Windows 组的声明添加到 ClaimSets 属性，最后再将这些声明添加到 ClaimSets 属性。

通过指定是否在对 Windows 用户进行身份验证时将该用户所属的组添加到 WindowsSecurityTokenAuthenticator 属性，初始化 ClaimSets 类的新实例。
