SamlSecurityTokenHandler类将 SAML 1.1 断言支持的安全令牌序列化和反序列化为 SamlSecurityToken 对象。 安全令牌处理程序负责创建、读取、写入和验证令牌。

可以通过将 类SecurityTokenHandlerCollection的SamlSecurityTokenHandler实例添加到为服务 (或应用程序) 配置的对象， (STS) 或信赖方 (RP) 应用程序来处理 SAML 1.1 断言支持的安全令牌。 这可以通过编程方式或在配置文件中完成。 处理程序本身是在将集合添加到集合时，通过集合的 Configuration 属性从为集合指定的配置进行配置的。 虽然可以通过设置处理程序 Configuration 的 属性来单独配置处理程序，但通常没有必要这样做;但是，如果必须单独配置处理程序，则应在将处理程序添加到集合后设置 该属性。
