true 如果 HTTP 客户端不愿意接受缓存的响应，则为 ;否则为 false。

注解

此属性表示 HTTP 请求或 HTTP 响应的 cache-control 标头字段中的“no-cache”指令。

当 属性 NoCache 设置为 true 在 HTTP 请求消息中显示时，应用程序应将请求转发到源服务器，即使它具有所请求内容的缓存副本也是如此。
