注解

IsBypassed方法指示是否使用代理服务器访问 参数中指定的host主机。 如果 IsBypassed 返回 true，则代理不用于联系主机，并且请求将直接传递到服务器。 从 IsBypassed 获取 false 不保证 URI 已代理;仍需要调用 GetProxy 方法来确定这一点。
