表示 TypeAttributes 的属性集的 Type 对象，除非 Type 表示泛型类型形参，在此情况下该值未指定。

此属性用于从非托管代码访问托管类，不应从托管代码调用。

属性 Type.Attributes 获取与关联的 Type属性。
