AddAccessRule 方法将新规则添加到 FileSystemSecurity 对象中包含的规则列表中。

如果指定规则已存在访问控制列表（ACL），AddAccessRule 方法仍将添加规则，但有一个例外：使用 Deny 枚举值创建的 FileSystemAccessRule 对象取代使用 Allow 枚举值创建的对象。

添加访问规则而不设置 Synchronize 标志时，Synchronize 标志将自动添加到规则中。 如果稍后在不指定 Synchronize 标志的情况下删除规则，将自动删除该标志。
