通过错误检测,无效序列会导致此方法引发 ArgumentException。 如果没有错误检测,则忽略无效序列,并且不会引发异常。

如果要解码的字节范围包括字节顺序标记 (BOM) ,并且字节数组是由非 BOM 感知类型的方法返回的,则此方法返回的字符 U+FFFE 包含在此方法返回的字符数组中。 可以通过调用 String.TrimStart 方法将其删除。

要转换的数据(例如从流中读取的数据)可能仅在顺序块中可用。 在这种情况下,或者如果数据量太大,因此需要划分为较小的块,则应用程序应分别使用Decoder方法或EncoderGetEncoder方法提供GetDecoder的数据量。
