UriFormatException如果无法正确分析提供的 URI，则 Uri 类构造函数会引发该 URI。有效 URI 的格式在 RFC 2396 中定义。

属性的文本 Message 指示引发异常的原因。

备注

Windows应用商店应用或可移植类库的 .NET 中不包括此异常，但某些成员会引发此异常。若要捕获该情况下的异常，请改为编写语句catchFormatException。

UriFormatException(SerializationInfo, StreamingContext)	根据指定的 SerializationInfo 和 StreamingContext 实例初始化 UriFormatException 类的新实例。
