要移除的 DesignerRegion 在集合中的从零开始的索引。

index 小于零。

使用 RemoveAt 方法可从集合中移除特定索引处的区域。若要从集合中删除指定的区域，请使用 Remove 方法。若要从集合中删除所有区域，请使用 Clear 方法。

备注

从集合中移除项时，集合中的后续项的索引会发生更改。
