Sub Insert (index As Integer, value As Object) Implements IList.Insert

应插入 value 的从零开始的索引。

要插入到 StateManagedCollection 中的对象。

Insert(Int32, Object)

指定的 index 超出了集合的范围。

指定的 value 为 null。

如果 index 为 -1， value 则追加到集合的 StateManagedCollection 开头。如果 index 等于集合中的项数， value 则追加到集合的末尾。
