DeleteRow使用 方法以编程方式从数据源中删除位于指定索引处的记录。 如果需要从控件外部 GridView 删除记录，例如从页面上的其他控件中删除记录，则通常使用此方法。 调用此方法还会引发 RowDeleted 和 RowDeleting 事件。
