AffectedRows使用属性确定受删除操作影响的记录数。 此属性通常用于验证在以下情况下是否删除了正确的记录数：
验证是否只删除了单个记录。 有时，错误写入的 delete 语句可以删除多个记录。
验证在删除操作期间发生错误时是否删除了未引发异常的记录。
验证当支持乐观并发 (的数据源控件（如SqlDataSourceObjectDataSource控件) 已将其ConflictDetection属性设置为
ConflictOptions.CompareAllValues枚举值）时，是否删除了记录。 在此设置下，其他用户同时修改的记录可能不会被删除。
