Y属性始终以相对坐标表示， ChartArea 如果在图表区域内绘制，则相对于对象，如果在图表区元素之外绘制，则相对于整个图表图像。

此属性始终使用相对坐标;如果将值设置为0-100 像素范围以外的值，则会引发异常。
