实施者说明

当从 WorkflowSubscriptionService 继承时，必须重写下面的成员：CreateSubscription(MessageEventSubscription) 和 DeleteSubscription(Guid)。

CreateSubscription(MessageEventSubscription)	在派生类中重写时，通知 WorkflowSubscriptionService 工作流运行时已经创建了指定的 MessageEventSubscription。
