创建一个 XmlAttributeOverrides 对象。
Add使用该方法,将XmlAttributes对象添加到XmlAttributeOverrides对象。 如果被重写的对象是 XmlRootAttribute 或 XmlTypeAttribute,则只需指定重写对象的类型。 但是,如果要重写字段或属性,还必须指定重写成员的名称。
