在客户互动应用中启用 OneDrive for Business

用户可以使用 OneDrive for Business 创建和管理专用文档。 系统管理员启用了 OneDrive for Business 后，就可以在 Customer Engagement 应用内访问这些文档。

要求

将 OneDrive for Business 与 Dynamics 365 Server 结合使用需要满足以下条件。

本主题适用于部署 OneDrive for Business 和 Customer Engagement 本地版本或者这些产品的本地组合的组织。

启用 OneDrive for Business

您可以用以下方式启用 OneDrive for Business：

  1. 单击设置>文档管理>启用 OneDrive for Business

  2. 单击 启用 OneDrive for Business 以将其启动，然后单击确定。

    如果运行 SharePoint Server on-premises，在运行 SharePoint Server 的 Windows Server 上，打开 SharePoint Management Shell，并运行以下命令设置 SharePoint 与 Dynamics 365 Server 之间的权限。

备注

如果您完成了使用 Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement 应用 Online 和 SharePoint on-premises 配置基于服务器的身份验证中的步骤，您可能已经设置了权限，并且可以跳过以下步骤。

在 Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement 应用中控制对 OneDrive for Business 的访问权限

您可以通过 OneDrive for Business 特权在 Customer Engagement 应用中为最终用户切换 OneDrive 的可用性。

  1. 单击设置>安全>安全角色

  2. 选择安全角色，然后单击核心记录选项卡。

  3. 在杂项权限下，将 OneDrive for Business 权限切换为所需的可用性。

    备注

    该特权仅在启用 OneDrive for Business 后在“安全角色”对话中可见。
