为渠道实例定义扩展配置实体

自定义实例是在 Dynamics 365 Sales 中代表提供商的形式。 创建通道时，需要配置发件人，例如短信的发件人。 通道的每个实例（即实体 通道实例）表示单个发送方。

对于每个通道解决方案，请完成以下步骤：

1. 创建自定义表 ，表示基解决方案中定义的 通道实例 表（msdyn_channelinstance）的扩展配置。

   在渠道定义步骤中，将表名分配给属性 msdyn_channeldefinitionexternalentity。

2. 在 msdyn_extendedentityid 属性中，创建并编辑一对多或多对一表关系至基础渠道实例表。

3. 创建窗体以公开配置字段。
