Presto 服务器链接服务。 此链接服务支持版本属性。 版本 1.0 计划弃用，而管道将在 EOL 之后继续运行，但没有任何 bug 修复或新功能。

allowHostNameCNMismatch

指定是否要求 CA 颁发的 SSL 证书名称与通过 SSL 连接时服务器的主机名匹配。 默认值为 false。 仅用于版本 1.0。
allowSelfSignedServerCert
