枚举服务可以分区的方式。
KnownServiceScalingTriggerKind 可与 ServiceScalingTriggerKind 互换使用，此枚举包含服务支持的已知值。

服务支持的已知值

AveragePartitionLoadTrigger：表示与分区指标/资源的平均负载相关的缩放触发器。 值为 0。
AverageServiceLoadTrigger：表示与服务指标/资源的平均负载相关的缩放策略。 值为 1。
